| BOOKING CONDITIONS 1. Arrangements are made subject to the following conditions: receipt of the non-refundable deposit from the client is confirmation that he/she/or they understand, accept and agree these conditions. All bookings must be made in writing, on the form below. 2. In the following, "the owners" refers to the owners of the apartment and/or their chosen representatives. 3. When booking, the client shall pay the specified deposit. When the owners accept the booking, this deposit will be retained, towards the cost of the apartment rental. The owners cannot accept responsibility for any delays in the receipt of payment, and consequent confirmation of the same. Payment for the balance of the rent and a refundable security deposit is due 4 weeks before departure date . 4. For bookings made within 4 weeks before the arrival date, payment in full (rent and refundable security deposit) must accompany this booking form. 5. After receipt of your final payment, information will be e-mailed or posted to you with directions and information on access to the apartment. 6. In order to ensure that the apartment is clean and ready for the arrival of each party of clients, the owners specify that the rental begins at 5.00pm (local time) on the arrival date , and ends at 10.00am (local time) on the departure date. 7. If the accommodation offered cannot be provided before the departure date, due to circumstances beyond the owners' control, the owners undertake to offer a full refund for the accommodation. 8. The owners shall confirm the booking to the client, by e-mail or in writing. At this point, the booking deposit is non-refundable. 9. If clients should cancel the holiday, or the owners cancel the arrangements due to a client's failure to pay one month before departure, a cancellation charge will be levied as follows: Notice of cancellation and Cancellation charge:
All cancellations must be notified in writing. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which the written cancellation reaches the owners. 10. The apartment will not be rented to anyone under 21 years of age. 11. The clients must not sub-let the accommodation, allow persons not listed on the booking form to stay overnight, or allow pets or animals to stay in the apartment. 12. The owners cannot accept liability for any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss (incl. luggage & personal effects), suffered by you or any other visitor to the apartment or the complex pool. 13. The owners cannot be held responsible in any way if war, riots, civil commotion, terrorist activities, strikes, disaster, technical problems or other events beyond the owners' control bring any cancellation or change by the owners. 14. Persons under the age of 21 years are not accepted unless accompanied by a parent or other adult. 15. Clients are liable for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their rental period.
